Turn your Google reviews into proof on your own website

Your best reviews are probably stuck on Google, working for Google. Here's how to put them to work on your site instead.

If you've been in business a while, you likely have reviews scattered across Google, marketplaces, and social — everywhere except the one place you fully control: your own website. That's a missed opportunity. Here's why, and how to fix it.

Why on-site proof matters more

A five-star Google rating is great, but it lives on Google's page, next to your competitors, one tap from a comparison. On your own site, that same review sits right beside your offer and your “buy” button, with no distractions and no rivals. It's also yours — styled to match your brand and placed exactly where it converts.

Bring in the reviews you already have

You don't need to start from scratch. The praise already exists — you just need to gather it in one place:

  • Google and marketplace reviews
  • Kind emails and DMs (a screenshot counts)
  • Comments on your social posts
  • Old reviews exported from another tool as a CSV

Approve, then display

Pull them in, pick the strongest and most relevant, and place them where they'll be seen: a rating badge in your header, a few quotes on your pricing page, a Wall of Love you can link from anywhere. Keep the ones that speak to the real doubts your buyers have.

A note on freshness and honesty

Reviews age. Refresh them as you collect new ones, and only show what's genuinely yours — importing a review means displaying real words a real customer wrote, never inventing them. If a platform's terms ask for a link back or attribution, honor it.

Qintr imports from Google, G2, marketplaces, social, screenshots (with OCR), and CSV, and you approve each one before it goes live. Automatic syncing from review platforms isn't live yet — for now you import and approve, which also keeps you fully in control of what shows.
