What counts as an active person?
Anyone you ask for feedback, a vote or a testimonial, and anyone who answers a form, votes, suggests or comments on your idea board. Each person counts once a month, however often they take part. Your own team, anonymous answers and people you import never count.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing your customers notice: answers, votes and comments always go through. Above 120% of your plan, new asks pause until the next month, and you can upgrade at any time.
What’s included on Free?
All three products, with 3 live forms, 1 idea board, 1 Wall of Love, 3 website widgets and 10 video testimonials, for up to 250 active people a month. Testimonials and responses are unlimited. Paid plans remove those caps.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of Growth. No card needed. After 14 days the workspace moves back to Free by itself, unless you choose a plan. There’s one trial per person, so a second workspace starts on Free.
How does billing work?
Starter and Growth are paid monthly or yearly by card, in the app, through Paddle, which handles sales tax and VAT. Scale is billed by invoice: talk to us and we’ll set it up. Yearly billing costs about 20% less. Prices are in US dollars.
How much AI is included?
Every plan includes $1 of AI a month, enough for about 500 answers. When you first switch AI on you get a free AI trial of 14 days or 200 answers, whichever comes first. Scale includes 5,000 AI answers a month, and the AI add-on gives Free, Starter and Growth 1,000 or 5,000 a month. At the limit, AI pauses until the 1st and every screen keeps working with its manual version. An answer counts once, the first time AI reads it; summaries across many answers don’t count. Talk to us to add the AI add-on.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, any time, as your volume grows or shrinks. There’s no lock-in, and you can export your data whenever you like.
