Quick ratings and CSAT, measured where they happen
Stars, smileys and satisfaction scores after a support conversation, a purchase or onboarding. Ratings track how things are going. They never land on your Wall of Love by accident.
How satisfied were you with your support today?
What you get with csat and quick ratings
Made for moments
Post-support, post-purchase, onboarding and feature feedback templates each ask the right question at the right time.
The right maths for each measure
CSAT reports % satisfied, effort reports % easy, and NPS reports promoters minus detractors. Each survey type has its own numbers and filters.
Kept apart from proof
A rating is a measurement, not marketing. Ratings stay in Pulse unless you deliberately ask a happy customer for a testimonial.
3 steps, then it runs itself
- 1
Pick a moment
Support, purchase, onboarding or a feature.
- 2
Collect the score
One tap, with an optional reason.
- 3
Watch the trend
Spot what made things go well or badly.
What’s the difference between CSAT and NPS?
CSAT measures how one moment went (a support chat, a purchase). NPS measures the overall relationship. Pulse supports both, and customer effort too.
Can ratings become testimonials?
Only on purpose. A happy rating can trigger a testimonial request in Proof, but a rating never appears on a public widget by itself.
