How product teams use Qintr

Requests with the customer attached

Most feature requests arrive without context: a line in a spreadsheet, a forwarded email, a comment in a support ticket. You can count them, but you can’t tell who is asking, what they pay or how happy they are.

In Qintr Ideas, every request and vote is tied to a real person and their company. Customers post and vote on boards that can be public, customers-only, for beta groups or team-only, and your team pins answers so people know where things stand. AI lets you search requests in plain words, so you find the existing request instead of creating a duplicate.

Context from the rest of the loop

Because Ideas shares customers with Qintr Pulse, you can see how the people asking for a feature score you in NPS and CSAT surveys, and what else they have said. A request from unhappy accounts near renewal reads very differently from one from your happiest users.

Detractors’ survey comments can become feature requests directly, so the problems customers describe in surveys reach your board.

What’s live and what’s next

Boards, voting, comments, pinned team answers, AI search, Priorities ranked by votes, revenue and NPS, a public roadmap, Updates (the changelog) and imports from Canny, Featurebase or CSV are live today. Two-way Linear and Jira sync is being finalised.
