NPS surveys that tell you who to call
Ask “How likely are you to recommend us?” in your product, by email or by link. Every answer lands in one inbox, tied to the person and the company, so a score is never just a number.
How likely are you to recommend Acme to a colleague?
What you get with nps surveys
In-app, email or link
Show the survey inside your product, send it by email, or share a link. Each answer keeps track of where it came from.
Tied to people and companies
Scores sit on the customer’s record with their plan and company, so you can see which accounts are unhappy, not just how many people are.

What is NPS?
Net Promoter Score asks customers how likely they are to recommend you on a 0–10 scale. NPS is the percentage of promoters (9–10) minus the percentage of detractors (0–6), so it runs from −100 to +100.
Can I survey people inside my product?
Yes. Pulse can show the survey in your product, as well as by email or a shareable link.
Can I bring my NPS history from another tool?
Yes. Upload the CSV export from Delighted, Survicate, Retently, Typeform, Pendo or Wootric, or any spreadsheet. Pulse recognises the columns, lets you fix any match, and brings the scores and comments in with their original dates.
