Terms of Service

Use it lawfully. Your testimonials stay yours.

Summary: use Qintr lawfully, be honest about who you are, and don't use it to harm others. Testimonials your customers submit belong to you, not us.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing qintr.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our service.

2. Description of service

Qintr, operated by Prodocast Technologies Private Limited (Bangalore, India), is a testimonial collection and display platform: you create collection forms, your customers submit text or video testimonials through them, you moderate what comes in, and you display approved testimonials via embeddable widgets or a hosted page. You may also collect ratings and private feedback.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a genuine email address you own or have authority to use
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your account
  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use Qintr

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Qintr to violate law, submit fabricated testimonials, access another workspace's data, transmit spam or malware, harass anyone, infringe IP, or scrape/abuse public forms without permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding on qintr.com and in the Qintr application is owned by or licensed to Qintr. Testimonials collected through your workspace belong to you and the person who submitted them — we don't claim ownership, and you can export it at any time.

6. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, for testimonial data you collect, our DPA.

7. Billing

Qintr offers a free plan and paid plans set up manually by our support team. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Request a plan change at support@qintr.com. You can cancel or downgrade at any time by emailing support — there is no lock-in, and you can export your data whenever you like.

8. Disclaimers

Qintr is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about reliability, accuracy, or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qintr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid to Qintr in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are for convenience only.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll update the date and, where appropriate, notify users by email.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India. Please contact hello@qintr.com before a formal dispute.
