What is Qintr?
Qintr is a customer feedback platform with three products: Qintr Pulse (NPS, CSAT and customer feedback surveys), Qintr Ideas (feature request boards, customer voting and status updates) and Qintr Proof (testimonials, reviews and website widgets). It links feedback, feature requests and testimonials to the same people and companies, and its AI tags, summarises and drafts replies, so teams can close the loop from feedback to shipped work to public proof. Qintr is made by Prodocast Technologies Private Limited in Chennai, India.
What kinds of businesses use Qintr?
Mostly B2B software teams, plus agencies, online stores, coaches and freelancers: anyone with customers worth hearing from.
Do I need all three products?
No. Start with the one you need. Pulse for surveys and NPS, Ideas for feature requests, Proof for testimonials and reviews. They get better together because they share the same customers.
What’s the difference between testimonials, ratings and private feedback?
Testimonials are public stories for marketing (Proof). Ratings are scores for measuring how things went (Pulse). Private feedback is for you only and can never appear on a widget or Wall of Love.
Can I import reviews and testimonials I already have?
Yes: Google, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, app stores, social posts, CSV, Senja exports, screenshots and video files. You approve each one. Automatic daily sync from review platforms isn’t live yet.
How does video testimonial collection work?
Customers open your link and record a video on their phone, or choose a video file on their phone or laptop: no app, no account.
Do I need a developer to install widgets?
No. Every widget gives you a snippet to paste. Developers also get React, iOS and Android recipes, a config API and signed identity.
