Refund Policy
Not right for you? Ask within 14 days.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Who sells the paid plans
Starter and Growth are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment and issues the receipt, so refunds are paid by Paddle, to the card or account you paid with. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. Free plan and trial
The Free plan and the Growth trial cost nothing, and we never take a card to start them. A trial doesn't turn into a paid plan unless you choose one.
3. 14-day refunds
If you're not happy, ask us within 14 days of any payment for Starter or Growth, monthly or yearly, first payment or renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full, including any sales tax or VAT charged on it. Your workspace then moves to the Free plan and keeps everything in it.
4. After 14 days
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and usage. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for and then moves to Free, and it doesn't renew again. We don't refund the unused part of a period after the 14 days, except where the law requires it or Qintr was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side.
5. Changing plan
Moving to a bigger plan or from monthly to yearly is charged straight away, minus the unused part of what you've already paid. Moving to a smaller plan credits the unused difference to your next payments. Paddle works out these amounts and shows them before you confirm.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email support@qintr.com with your workspace name and the email on your receipt. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt or find the order at paddle.net. Once a refund is approved, Paddle sends it within a few days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
7. Scale and custom contracts
Scale plans and custom contracts are invoiced by Qintr directly. Refunds and cancellation for these follow the terms of your order or contract.
8. When we may refuse
We may refuse a refund where the account broke our Terms of Service, for example by sending spam, or where refunds are being used to get the service for free again and again.
9. Your rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
