How support teams use Qintr

A rating after every conversation

CSAT is most useful right after a support conversation ends, while the customer still remembers how it went. Qintr Pulse has a post-support survey that asks one quick question, with an optional reason, so customers answer in a tap.

Each survey type uses its own maths: CSAT reports the percentage of satisfied customers, and effort reports the percentage who found it easy, so your numbers mean what you think they mean.

Low scores get a second chance

Every low score lands in Needs reply with the customer’s context, so a team lead can follow up while there is still time to fix things. AI tags each comment with a summary, sentiment, urgency and topics, and drafts a reply for you to edit.

Patterns go to product

When the same question or complaint keeps coming up, it is usually a product problem, not a support problem. Turn repeat asks into feature requests in Qintr Ideas, with the customers who raised them attached, so the product team sees the real demand.

Zendesk and Intercom connections, which will send CSAT automatically when a ticket closes, are being finalised. Until then, you can send post-support surveys by link or email.

Does it connect to our help desk?

Zendesk and Intercom connections are being finalised. Until then you can send surveys by link or email.

How is CSAT calculated?

CSAT is the percentage of satisfied responses, usually 4 or 5 on a 1–5 scale, out of all responses.

Can we measure customer effort too?

Yes. Pulse supports customer effort surveys, reported as the percentage of customers who found it easy.

Will low scores ever appear on our website?

No. Ratings stay in Pulse. They never appear on a public widget unless you deliberately ask a happy customer for a testimonial.
