Looking for a Canny alternative?
Canny is a mature feature request and roadmap tool. If you need a public roadmap, a changelog and deep Jira or Linear sync today, it’s the stronger choice. Choose Qintr if you want feature requests next to your NPS surveys and testimonials, on the same customers.

One platform, the same customers across all three.

When Canny is the better choice
If your product team’s main need is requests flowing straight into Jira or Linear, with two-way sync, Canny does that today and Qintr doesn’t yet. Qintr’s Jira and Linear sync is being finalised, but we would rather you pick the tool that fits now.
When Qintr fits better
Feature requests are one of three things customers tell you. They also answer NPS and satisfaction surveys, and the happiest ones give testimonials. Most teams keep these in three tools, so the person who asked for a feature, the score they gave you and the quote you could have used never meet.
Qintr keeps all three on the same people and companies. A detractor’s comment can become a feature request, you can see which accounts are asking for what, and when you ship it you can ask the customers who wanted it for a testimonial.
How the pricing models differ
Canny prices by tracked users: the people who post, vote or comment. Its free plan covers 25 of them, and paid plans start at $79 a month on annual billing, according to its pricing page in October 2026.
Qintr prices by active people a month across all three products, and every plan includes Pulse, Ideas and Proof. The Free plan covers 250 active people a month and 2 seats. Paid plans start at $49 a month, and your first workspace starts with a 14-day trial of Growth, with no card needed.
Where Canny is stronger
- Ready-made sync with Jira, Linear and other project tools on paid plans, live today.
- Years as a dedicated feature request tool, with a large user base.
Where Qintr is different
- Every request sits next to the same customer’s NPS score and feedback, so you see who is asking and how happy they are.
- When you ship what a happy customer asked for, ask them for a testimonial from the same place.
- Private feedback has its own inbox and never appears on a public board or widget.

Can I import my Canny data into Qintr?
Yes, yourself in the app. Connect Canny with an API key, or upload its CSV export, and your posts, statuses and votes come across. The key is deleted when the import finishes.
Does Qintr have a public roadmap and changelog?
Yes. Qintr Ideas has a public Now, Next and Later roadmap built from your board, and Updates, a changelog that links each entry to the ideas it shipped. Everyone who asked is told when their idea ships.
