Qintr vs Delighted

Delighted has shut down. Looking for an alternative?

Qualtrics discontinued Delighted in 2026 and now points its customers to the Qualtrics suite. If you want what made Delighted good, quick NPS and CSAT surveys without an enterprise platform, Qintr Pulse is built for that, with feature requests and testimonials on the same customers.

What happened to Delighted?

Delighted was a popular, easy NPS and CSAT survey tool owned by Qualtrics. Qualtrics discontinued it in 2026, and delighted.com now redirects to a Qualtrics page saying the product is no longer available.

If you relied on Delighted, your surveys have stopped. Any data you didn’t export before the shutdown may no longer be available, so check with Qualtrics directly if you still need it.

What to look for in a replacement

Most Delighted customers chose it for speed: a survey live in minutes, a clean score, and no project to set up. A good replacement keeps that, sends surveys where your customers are (email, a link or inside your product), and makes it easy to reply to the people who answered.

It is also a good moment to fix what a score alone can’t: knowing which accounts are unhappy, acting on what detractors ask for, and asking happy customers to say so publicly.

How Qintr Pulse covers the Delighted workflow

Qintr Pulse runs NPS, CSAT, customer effort, post-support, cancellation and feature surveys by email, by link or inside your product. Every answer arrives in one inbox with three states, Needs reply, In progress and Resolved, so nothing is left unanswered.

Pulse is one of three Qintr products. Ideas collects feature requests with voting, and Proof turns happy customers into testimonials and website widgets. All three share the same people and companies, and every plan includes all three.

Where Delighted is stronger

  • SMS and kiosk surveys, which Qintr doesn’t offer today.
  • A long list of ready-made integrations, built up over many years.

Where Qintr is different

  • Every answer lands in one inbox, so detractors get a reply instead of a dashboard entry.
  • AI tags each answer with a summary, sentiment, urgency and topics, and drafts your reply.
  • Feature requests and testimonials sit on the same customers, so a promoter can become a testimonial.
