Qintr vs Featurebase

Looking for a Featurebase alternative?

Featurebase has grown from feedback boards into a customer support platform, with a help centre, live chat and AI support agent alongside its roadmap and changelog. Choose Qintr if what you want is the feedback side: feature requests next to NPS surveys and testimonials, on the same customers.

Two different directions

Featurebase’s pricing page in October 2026 leads with a support platform: a unified inbox, live chat, ticketing and an AI agent, with feedback, roadmaps, a changelog and a help centre alongside. If you want to run customer support and feature requests in one tool, that is a real strength.

Qintr goes in a different direction. It doesn’t do support tickets. It brings together the three things customers tell you outside support: survey answers, feature requests and testimonials, all tied to the same people and companies.

When Qintr fits better

Choose Qintr if you already have a help desk you like, and the gap is connecting feedback to what you build and what you can prove. A detractor’s survey comment can become a feature request with the customer attached, and when it ships, a happy customer can be asked for a testimonial.

Qintr Ideas also has a public roadmap and Updates, its changelog, so you can keep showing customers what’s planned and what shipped.

Where Featurebase is stronger

  • A full support platform: help centre, live chat, ticketing and an AI support agent.

Where Qintr is different

  • Feature requests, NPS surveys and testimonials share the same people and companies.
  • See whether the customers asking for a feature are promoters or detractors.
  • When you ship what a happy customer asked for, ask them for a testimonial from the same place.
