What is Qintr, and why we built it
Customer feedback, feature requests and testimonials usually live in three tools that never talk to each other. Qintr puts them on the same customers, so the loop can finally close.

Why one platform
Most teams run these jobs in three separate tools: a survey tool, a feature board and a testimonial tool. Each one knows a little about the customer, and none of them knows the whole story. So the account that scored you a 6 and asked for faster exports never hears that you shipped them, and the happy customers are never asked to say so publicly.
In Qintr, every answer, vote and testimonial sits on the same person and company. One piece of feedback can travel all the way round: heard in Pulse, built in Ideas, and proven in Proof.
The three products
Qintr Pulse: hear every customer
Pulse runs NPS, CSAT, customer effort, post-support, cancellation and feature surveys, plus polls and research studies, by email, by link or inside your product. Every answer lands in one inbox with three states (Needs reply, In progress and Resolved), and insights break results down by survey type, theme and driver. It is an alternative to tools like Delighted, Survicate and Retently. More about NPS surveys.
Qintr Ideas: build what customers ask for
Ideas gives you feedback boards that are public, customers-only, for beta groups or team-only. Customers vote and comment, your team pins answers, and AI lets you search requests in plain words. Priorities rank requests by votes, revenue and NPS, and a public roadmap and changelog (Updates) close the loop. It is an alternative to tools like Canny and Featurebase. More about feature voting.
Qintr Proof: turn happy customers into proof
Proof collects text and video testimonials from one link, with customer-approved wording, and shows them on your site with 20+ widget layouts, a hosted Wall of Love and share images. It is an alternative to tools like Senja, Testimonial.to and Shapo. More about testimonials.
What’s live and what’s next
Qintr labels every feature honestly. Integrations that wait on the other company’s approval, such as HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, Linear, Jira and automatic review sync, are marked as being finalised. What’s live lists everything you can use today.
What Qintr is not
It isn’t a public review site. Visitors don’t browse Qintr to find companies, your customers never need an account, and you own your data and can export it at any time.
How to start
